DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer with Japanese and English

Requirements

General Requirements:

• Business-level Japanese (daily communication with Japanese customer), Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant engineering field
• Proven track record of working closely with customers across multiple SDLC stages
• Experience in or exposure to financial technology, banking systems, or fintech products
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones
• Self-driven and team-oriented with a strong quality mindset
• Candidate must be in EU or be eligible to work in EU

Job Responsibilities

To support our expanding international projects, we are keen to hire Japanese (and English) speaking engineers across Europe to collaborate closely with customers and internal teams in both Japan and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and secure infrastructure for financial applications
• Collaborate with development and QA teams — and directly with customers — across all SDLC stages
• Automate deployment and monitoring across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-prem environments
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, FISC guidelines)
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
