DCG (Poland) is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker, Kubernetes, Helm environments, and support production platforms for reliability and performance. Strong scripting, Linux, and monitoring skills are required; GenAI tooling experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related area.
• Hands-on with production environments.
• Practical Azure experience.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Jenkins, Git proficiency.
• Linux proficiency.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• CI/CD process development experience.
• Monitoring, observability, and log management skills.
• Troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Improve CI/CD processes and automate deployments
• Manage and develop Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm environments
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of the production platform
• Implement and develop monitoring, observability, and log management solutions
• Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed environments
• Collaborate with development teams on deploying and maintaining new functionalities
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for operational automation
• Support databases and services used by the platform
• Participate in initiatives improving platform reliability, security, and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related area
• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining production environments
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Jenkins, and Git
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and log management
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems
• Basic knowledge of MySQL and Elasticsearch
• Practical use of GenAI tools for process automation and daily engineering tasks
• English proficiency at minimum B2+ level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack, Terraform, Ansible, RabbitMQ, Apache Spark, Groovy, Checkmarx, or other security tooling
