We are seeking an Application IT Manager to join our Banking Services team in Warsaw. In this role, you will manage and maintain 3rd party ATM software, coordinate cooperation with IT vendors, and support business teams as a technical expert.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and maintain 3rd party ATM software, ensuring updates, stability, security and compliance with SIX policies and standards.
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on hardware and cloud environments.
  • Coordinate collaboration with IT vendors and oversee issue resolution.
  • Support internal business teams by translating business into technical requirements.
  • Document, analyze, and optimize application performance to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure applications can accommodate growth by adding resources or adapting the architecture to meet increased demands.
  • Create and maintain application documentation and reports.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in application management and IT operations
  • Knowledge of deployment, monitoring, and scaling in IT environments
  • Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance processes
  • Experience with IT audit handling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting expertise
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
