Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain resilient infrastructure for mission-critical services (multi-region AWS, on-prem integrations);
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in TeamCity to ensure fast and reliable delivery;
  • Operate and optimize containerized workloads in Nomad, integrating Consul Service Mesh and Vault;
  • Build infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible for repeatable deployments;
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance (latency, throughput, cluster state);
  • Implement robust security practices (secrets rotation, network policies, TLS);
  • Collaborate with developers, security team and DBAs to ensure infrastructure aligns with application/database requirements;
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and provide knowledge sharing inside the team.
Tech stack:
  • Databases: MariaDB, ClickHouse;
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, WAF, CloudFront);
  • CI/CD: TeamCity, Bitbucket;
  • Orchestration: HashiCorp Nomad, Consul Service Mesh, Vault for secrets;
  • Containers: Docker;
  • Languages: Python (automation, tooling);
  • Observability: Prometheus + Grafana, Datadog;
  • Process: Jira.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in production DevOps/SRE roles with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu);
  • Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront);
  • Hands-on experience with HashiCorp stack: Nomad, Consul, Vault;
  • Solid Docker knowledge and container troubleshooting;
  • IaC skills with Terraform and Ansible;
  • CI/CD pipelines design and support (TeamCity preferred, other CI/CD okay);
  • Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus + Grafana, Datadog;
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
Personal traits:
  • Proactive, self-driven, comfortable in a flexible Kanban process;
  • Systems thinker, able to justify and communicate architectural decisions;
  • Team player, open to knowledge sharing;
  • English — fluent (documentation, collaboration in international teams);
  • Russian — a plus for informal team communication.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with ClickHouse or MariaDB performance tuning from infrastructure side;
  • Knowledge of networking, load balancing, service discovery internals.
