Job summary

Goelett is seeking a Development Lead in Warsaw to own end-to-end product development for the squad, guiding design and delivery while mentoring engineers. You will drive the value stream, align with engineering standards, and collaborate closely with the Product Manager to set goals and improve team metrics.

You will lead architectural decisions, ensure quality, and focus on security, scalability, and performance to deliver reliable software for corporate clients. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, SQL and enterprise software development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for the squad—design, guide, and deliver features that solve customer problems.
• Lead the Value Stream within the Goelett Product House, aligning with group engineering and product standards.
• Mentor developers to improve engineering practices and velocity.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to set goals, manage sprints, and track KPIs.
• Address architecture, security, scalability, and performance to maintain product reliability.
