Job summary

Juo is seeking a Design Engineer to craft polished interfaces and production-ready prototypes. You will shape UI architecture, design systems, and collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to deliver fast, native-feeling AI workflows.

You’ll translate customer needs into scalable experiences, explore modern tools, and push for accessibility, performance, and consistency across the product suite. This role offers a remote, fast-paced startup environment with ownership.

Qualifications

Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio of interfaces.
Ability to write clean production frontend code.
Pixel-perfect attention to detail and high craft standards.
Passion for developer experience and building intuitive interfaces.
Strong collaboration and communication with engineering and product teams.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid learning and iteration.

Responsibilities

Shape the product’s UI architecture and design system.
Translate technical possibilities and customer needs into scalable experiences.
Own complex UI challenges end-to-end from concept to production-ready implementation.
Design and ship innovative interfaces and interactions with impeccable UX.
Build and evolve a component-driven design system bridging UI with maintainable code.
Research and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and best practices in design and frontend development.
