Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Depot Management Professional SVP in Szczecin to serve as the first line of support for the warehouse IT system users.

You will propose, test, and implement configuration changes, train staff, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with customers, and manage IT infrastructure in a 2-shift operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Hands-on with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good command of English; ability to work under time pressure.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement changes in IT system configuration.
• Plan and test warehouse IT system changes with customer and operations.
• Support employees to increase warehouse system knowledge.
• Resolve operational problems and provide system support.
• Troubleshoot system issues independently.
• Proactively address IT infrastructure of the warehouse.
• Maintain direct contact with the client.
• Manage IT infrastructure for the site.

YOUR ROLE

Key User - The person employed in this position will be the first line of support for the users of the warehouse system.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Proposing, reviewing and implementing changes in the configuration of the IT system and maintaining the continuity of the system's operation,
• Planning and testing changes in the configuration of the warehouse IT system in accordance with cooperation with the customer and the operation,
• Supporting employees in increasing their knowledge about the warehouse system,
• Solving current problems - operation support
• Solving system problems independently
• Proactive action and IT system problem solving and the IT infrastructure of the warehouse
• Direct contact with client
• IT infrastructure management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in working in a warehouse or production,
• Experience in working with WMS system – preferable JDA/BY Dispatcher
• Welcome knowledge of the JDA WMS system,
• Knowledge of computer science
• Knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel),
• Ability to work under pressure of time
• Ability to problem solving
• Good knowledge of English
• Ready to work in a 2-shift system
