State Street in Krakow is seeking a Depositary Services Manager reporting to the Senior Depositary Services Manager. You will lead business-side change, process improvement and management-information activities across depositary operations while supporting daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of relevant experience in funds’ expense, invoicing or payments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end expense lifecycle including accruals, invoicing and payments.
• Knowledge of funds-transfer controls and payment authorization.

Aufgaben

• Lead business-side delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Analyse current processes and lead continuous-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate, validate and report management information and KPIs.
• Build stakeholder alignment and represent the function in governance forums.
