Job summary

State Street is hiring a Depositary trainee role in Poland to gain exposure to investment funds, fund structures and regulatory oversight. You will support daily depositary activities, review documentation, and help safeguard assets while building a career in fund services.

You will develop analytical skills, attention to detail, and English communication within a collaborative team, with structured training and global opportunities at State Street.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and data tools is a plus.
• Interest in financial markets and investment funds.
• Knowledge of UCITS V / AIFMD concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping and fund oversight.
• Review information and documentation, identify discrepancies and elevate issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence in line with procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Support daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping and fund oversight.
• Review information and documentation, identify discrepancies and elevate issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence in line with procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.

Minimum Salary

zł60,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
