Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a candidate for a Depositary role. You will support daily depositary activities, review information for discrepancies, and maintain records under regulatory controls. The role offers structured training and career growth in fund services.

You will gain exposure to investment funds, cash-flow monitoring, and oversight of fund activities, while collaborating with teams to deliver accurate, on-time results and participate in process improvements.

• Support daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping and fund oversight.

• Review information and documentation, identify discrepancies and escalation issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and evidence in line with procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.

• Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities and team initiatives.

• Develop your knowledge of investment funds, financial markets and depositary regulations through structured training and practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL or Xceptor.

Minimum Salary:

zł60,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
