Job summary

Responsibilities:

The Intern DepOps Specialist will be responsible for comprehensive support of theconnection process for electric vehicle charging stations to the power grid. Theprimary responsibility will be ongoing collaboration with Distribution System Operators(DSOs) — from submitting applications for connection conditions, through overseeingdocumentation, to the final execution of the connection by the DSOs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining direct communication with DSOs regarding connection statuses and required formalities
  • Submitting applications for grid connection conditions and coordinating the process of obtaining them
  • Managing complete documentation related to the connection process
  • Verifying connection agreements from both a formal and substantive perspective
  • Managing communication with external partner
  • Coordinating and overseeing the flow of project documentation
  • Providing administrative and coordination support in aligning documentation with partners and internal company units
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a responsible, diligent, and well-organized person who works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
