About The Role
A hyper-growth enterprise AI platform is deploying AI agents for large European enterprises - and they need a Deployment Strategist to own the Warsaw market. You will be embedded with clients, translating their business problems into production-ready AI solutions end-to-end: scoping, technical design, integration, delivery.
This is a forward-deployed model. You are not a coordinator. You are the technical face of the company to major Polish enterprises.
What you will do:
- Own complex AI deployments from discovery through go-live for enterprise clients across Poland
- Translate ambiguous business problems ("improve operational efficiency") into scoped technical projects with clear requirements, timelines, and success metrics
- Design and manage API integrations and data flows between client systems and the AI platform
- Drive alignment with senior stakeholders (C-level, department heads) across client organizations
- Navigate technical roadblocks, scope changes, and misaligned expectations directly with the client
- Work alongside engineering and product teams to feed real-world client feedback into the platform roadmap
- Travel to client sites across Poland 3-4 days per week
What they require:
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role - Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Project Management, or equivalent - delivering complex software or AI deployments to external enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data flows, and system integrations - you can read API docs, design integration specs, and troubleshoot data pipelines
- Track record of managing senior enterprise stakeholders and driving projects through ambiguity
- Polish language fluency (C1 or native) - client communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings are conducted in Polish
- Based in the Warsaw metropolitan area or willing to relocate within a 1-1.5 hour commute radius
What They Strongly Prefer
- Background at a consulting with subsequent move into technology
- Experience as a startup founder or early employee at a high-growth company
- Career path that combines time at a large, respected enterprise and a high-growth startup
- Previous experience in a forward-deployed or client-embedded technical role
What will not work:
- No direct, hands-on experience with external enterprise clients in a technical capacity
- A profile that is purely project coordination without technical depth or problem-solving
- Frequent job-hopping (multiple roles under 18 months)
- Unwillingness to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with direct, assertive communication - expect 50-60 hour weeks
- Not based in or near Warsaw and unwilling to relocate
Interview process
- Initial recruiter call
- Team interview
- Technical interview (1 hour)
- Case study
- Co-founder interview
- A culture-fit interview may be added
