Qualifications

• 2+ years as a data analyst or data scientist
• Fluency in SQL and Python for analysis beyond simple queries
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Working knowledge of statistics: hypothesis testing, trend analysis, basics of time series forecasting
• Ability to translate analytical results into language the business and non-technical customers understand
• English good enough to work with international material and an international team

Responsibilities

• Analysing production and operational data to find patterns and make recommendations.
• Supporting development and evaluation of demand forecasting models used by customers.
• Building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborating with sales and account management on deployment effectiveness signals.
• Defining and monitoring key product and business metrics.
• Providing ad hoc analysis to support sales and product decisions
