Job summary

INVO in Poland seeks a data engineer to own the data pipeline layer—from integrating ERP, WMS and POS sources to modelling—keeping data quality high as the customer base grows.

You will design and maintain pipelines feeding analytical modules and forecasting models, expose data in ready-to-use formats, and optimise cost and performance, while documenting data models for cross‑functional teams in an international environment. Fully flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data engineering experience.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Python for building pipelines and transforming data.
• Understanding of dimensional data modelling (raw, staging, mart layers).
• English proficiency to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines feeding analytical modules and forecasting models.
• Integrate data from customer systems into a shared data model.
• Ensure data quality via validation, monitoring, and anomaly alerts.
• Collaborate with analytics to expose data in ready-to-use formats.
• Optimize cost and performance of data processing as customer base grows.
• Document data models and data standards across the company.
