  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and align demand plans with business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify patterns and trends influencing demand.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Participate in S&OP meetings and contribute to developing integrated sales and operations plans.
  • Track inventory levels and update records regularly.
  • Plan, coordinate, and post‑production orders (repacks, displays, and value‑added packs) at the third‑party warehouse.
  • Maintain SAP database for local SKUs (repacks and VAPs).
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing holding costs.
  • Coordinate with the Global Planning team to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Maintain logistic data in internal and external data tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Global Planning team to align on strategy and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring to the Table

  • Language Proficiency: fluent in ENGLISH, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning.
  • Experience in successful related work within a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior Experience in wine and spirits or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.
