Location: Szczecin, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Polska

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Service Owner to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of our SIEM capabilities leveraging Google SecOps. The position carries full service ownership responsibilities, encompassing solution architecture, process definition, service deployment, continuous enhancement, and operational governance. The perfect candidate possesses extensive practical experience in SecOps, a strong grasp of intricate enterprise systems, and proven capability in developing or scaling SIEM/SOC services.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of the SIEM service based on Google SecOps, from initial design to full operational maturity.
  • Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing management of the service, ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define, track, and optimize service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, SecOps teams, engineering, and business units.
  • Design service architecture, data ingestion processes, and operational workflows for Google SecOps.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, incident response procedures, and governance frameworks for SIEM/SOC operations.
  • Oversee automation, configuration standards, and monitoring practices to enhance efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Support team structure and role development critical for delivering effective SIEM/SOC services.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive practical experience with Google SecOps or equivalent SIEM technologies.
  • Background managing complex enterprise infrastructures, including large‑scale log aggregation and system integrations.
  • In‑depth knowledge of SOC workflows, detection engineering, incident management, and automation pipelines.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and sustain security monitoring platforms.
  • Professional experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, SecOps Lead, or comparable leadership role.
  • Hands‑on experience establishing new services from inception, covering architecture design, SOPs creation, and team structuring.
  • Knowledge of service‑management frameworks, such as ITIL, SRE practices, and the SIEM lifecycle.
  • Excellent skills in communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage cross‑functional teams, collaborating effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
