Weare looking for anexperienced Delivery Manager tojoin Yalantis and take ownership ofdelivery effectiveness, client satisfaction, and business results across multiple projects and teams.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, aswell assolid experience inmanaging complex delivery environments, working with international clients, and supporting business growth through efficient delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define delivery unit objectives, strategy, and related project initiatives.
• Work closely with client stakeholders tounderstand business needs, build effective collaboration, and support long-term partnerships.
• Participate inpre-sales activities, client discussions, and solution planning tohelp define optimal delivery engagement models.
• Contribute totechnical and commercial proposals for new projects.
• Manage cross-project and cross-product initiatives, including project assessments, SDLCimprovements, and delivery process optimization.
• Identify required resources for successful project execution, including Tech Leads, Architects, Senior PMs, and other key roles.
• Coordinate resource fulfillment together with responsible service departments.
• Support PMs with the information, context, and processes needed for effective project execution.
• Ensure delivery standards, timely project execution, and alignment with client business goals.
• Monitor delivery efficiency, gross margin, earned value, budget, billing, cost-to-completion, and other project financial indicators.
• Improve project management methodologies, delivery practices, and knowledge-sharing processes.
• Lead, support, and develop delivery resources within the business unit.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+years ofexperience inmanagement orleadership positions.
• Experience inDelivery Management, Program Management, ormanaging multiple complex projects.
• Experience managing teams of30+people and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on experience with outsourcing delivery models, including Fixed Price and Time &Materials.
• Strong understanding ofSDLC and software delivery processes.
• Solid project management experience: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change request management, and release management.
• Experience with project financials: gross margin, P&L, budget estimation, billing models, cost control, and project pricing.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Upper-Intermediate orAdvanced level ofEnglish.
