Scope of responsibilities:
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on reliability, transparency, and value.
Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Supporting new business sales processes.
Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.
Aligning team members’ career development with project opportunities to foster professional growth.
Setting, reviewing, and managing individual performance goals and compensation to ensure fairness, motivation, and retention.
Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Managing project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensuring project revenue and margin targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Managing changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader
Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management
Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team
Experience in the professional services industry
Full professional proficiency in English and Polish
Readiness for work on-site at least 20% of working time (Poznań)
Readiness for international travel at least 10% of working time
Experience in the financial industry
Experience in blockchain projects
Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German)
