Job summary

Cerrion, a Zurich-based AI manufacturing startup, is hiring a Delivery Engineer in Poland. You will prepare video data for model training, train and optimize ML models, monitor results, and deploy to production using internal tooling.

You will collaborate with our R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Ideal candidates have ML pipelines experience, computer vision knowledge, Linux and Python skills, and familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in running machine learning pipelines and deploying models to production.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly in computer vision.
• Experience in Linux and Python.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

We are hiring a Delivery Engineer.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare the video data for model training.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience in running machine learning pipelines and deploying models to production.


• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly in computer vision.


• Experience in Linux and Python.


• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must.


• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.


• Experience with Docker.


• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques in computer vision.


• Previous experience in a similar role within a startup environment.


• Contributions to open-source projects in the machine learning or computer vision community.


• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Linear).
