BMW Group Poland is offering a fifteen-month paid internship in the Dealer Network Development team in Warsaw. The role supports network development projects, dealer implementations, and IT rollouts while providing exposure to AI tools and data analytics in an international environment.

Ideal candidates are students with at least one year left, strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and a proactive, organized mindset. Fluency in Polish and good English are required.

Competenze

• Student with at least one year remaining and 35–40 hours per week available.
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Polish fluency and good practical knowledge of English.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail; interest in AI tools and data analytics.
• Category B driving license.

Mansioni

• Support ongoing BMW & MINI retail network development projects.
• Assist new dealer implementation processes, including signage, systems and retail standards.
• Assist in rollout of new applications and IT solutions across the dealer network.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses; collect and organize business data.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to support research, reporting and process improvement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with BMW & MINI dealer network representatives.
