Job summary

BMW Group Poland invites students to join the Dealer Network Development team in Warsaw for a 15-month paid internship. You will support network development projects and implement dealer processes while gaining hands-on experience with AI tools and data analytics.

Working 35-40 hours per week, you will prepare presentations and analyses, collaborate across an international team, and contribute to digital transformation and retail standards in Poland.

Qualifications

• Student status with at least one year of studies remaining.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, independence and a proactive approach to work.
• Fluency in Polish and good practical knowledge of English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and an interest in AI tools and data analytics.
• Category B driving license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dealer Network Development team in ongoing BMW & MINI retail network development projects.
• Assist with new dealer implementation processes, including signage, systems and retail standards.
• Help roll out new applications and IT solutions across the dealer network.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses, and collect/organize business data.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to support research, reporting and process improvement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with BMW & MINI dealer network representatives.
