Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced QA Consultant to take ownership of QA activities within a large-scale data and integration environment for a global client undergoing a major digital transformation. You will establish the QA approach, shape testing processes, mentor the team, and advise technical and business stakeholders.

A hands-on leader will assess testing state, identify risks, define the roadmap, and contribute to high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience leading QA for data and integration projects.
• Proven ability to define and execute test strategies for complex data environments.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands-on programming in Python and experience with Databricks and PyTest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all QA activities across data and integration platforms.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve the overall test strategy.
• Build and coordinate the testing environment across the full QA lifecycle.
• Manage testing efforts within complex data-driven initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, engineering and product teams.
