Job summary

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award‑winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries. As a Data Steward, you will ensure high‑quality product data flowing through PIM systems, shaping data standards and processes in a global setup.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to manage data across EMEA markets, assist with data usage issues, and maintain data accuracy to support product launches and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Excel and multiple data stewardship tools.
• Experience with inRiver or other PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
