Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center to design and optimize modern data platforms for clients.

You will select cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake), translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data platform architecture across cloud environments and data lakes/warehouses (Kimball/Data Vault).
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud tech: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong business analytics capability with cross-functional collaboration and fluent Polish & English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize modern, scalable data platforms.
• Select tools and technologies based on client requirements (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Support bidding, estimating, and technically supervise project work.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center to support the development and optimization of modern data platforms.

Your tasks

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing modern and scalable data platforms
• Selecting appropriate tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) based on client requirements
• Supporting the bidding process, estimating, and technically supervising project work
• Collaborating with analysts and developers to achieve optimal results for clients
• Transforming business requirements into coherent technological solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data platform architecture, especially in client interaction, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms, as well as implementing and optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses based on methodologies such as Kimball or Data Vault
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud technology in the Data Platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Ability to take a holistic view of data and processes and understand the strategic business goals of the organization, with skills to analyze data in the context of the entire company ecosystem
• Effective combination of technical perspective with business knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and technologies supporting real-time data processing, AI analytics
• Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
