Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join the Data & AI Center to design, implement, and optimize scalable data platforms for international clients. The role emphasizes cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake), cross-functional collaboration, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data platform architecture experience including client interaction and design of analytical solutions on cloud platforms.
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud technology in data platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks or Snowflake.
• Ability to take a holistic view of data and business goals, with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center to support the development and optimization of modern data platforms. If you have experience designing scalable solutions for international clients, are familiar with cloud technologies, and possess analytical skills and teamwork abilities – we invite you to apply!

Your tasks

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing modern and scalable data platforms
• Selecting appropriate tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) based on client requirements
• Supporting the bidding process, estimating, and technically supervising project work
• Collaborating with analysts and developers to achieve optimal results for clients
• Transforming business requirements into coherent technological solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data platform architecture, especially in client interaction, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms, as well as implementing and optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses based on methodologies such as Kimball or Data Vault
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud technology in the Data Platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Ability to take a holistic view of data and processes and understand the strategic business goals of the organization, with skills to analyze data in the context of the entire company ecosystem
• Effective combination of technical perspective with business knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and technologies supporting real-time data processing, AI analytics
• Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
