Roche is seeking an IT Data Scientist in Warsaw to lead end-to-end data-driven solutions. You will identify opportunities, explore data, build and deploy predictive models, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The IT Data Scientist is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems. This role involves independently identifying analytical opportunities, conducting in-depth data exploration and analysis, and building, testing, and deploying predictive models using various machine learning techniques. You will own projects from inception to deployment, leveraging strong programming, statistical modeling, and data visualization skills, while clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education / Experience
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170’100.00 PLN - 315’900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
