ERGO Technology & Services S.A. w Warszawie poszukuje specjalisty ds. ML i NLP, który tłumaczy potrzeby biznesowe na rozwiązania data- i AI-driven.

Do zadań należy projektowanie i wdrażanie modeli ML/NLP, przygotowywanie danych oraz tworzenie wizualizacji wspierających decyzje. Wymagane jest solidne doświadczenie i umiejętność pracy w interdyscyplinarnym zespole.

Qualifications

• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (C1+).
• Tytuł magistra lub wyższy z dziedziny ilościowej lub technicznej.
• Silne doświadczenie w programowaniu; Python i Kubernetes będą plusem.
• Doświadczenie w zadaniach NLP i pracy z danymi nieustrukturyzowanymi.
• Znajomość chmury i narzędzi wspierających wdrożenia modeli (MLOps, Docker, Git).
• Analityczne i koncepcyjne podejście do problemów.
• Doświadczenie w pracy w zespołach cross-funkcyjnych w szybkim tempie.
• Doświadczenie w Project Management.
• Umiejętność klarownego przekazywania złożonych informacji.
• Komunikacja między biznesem a technologią.
• Proaktywny mindset i chęć przejęcia odpowiedzialności od idei do implementacji.

Responsibilities

• Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i technicznymi nad przetwarzaniem idei w rozwiązania data- i AI-driven.
• Projektowanie i wdrażanie modeli ML i NLP.
• Przygotowywanie danych do analizy i modelowania.
• Tworzenie wizualizacji i analiz wspierających decyzje.
• Udział w inicjatywach mających na celu usprawnienie infrastruktury danych.
• Praca w zwinnych, cross-funkcyjnych zespołach i informowanie interesariuszy.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• fluent English (C1+)
• a degree (Master's or higher) in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering)
• strong hands-on experience in programming; knowledge of Python and Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus
• experience working with NLP tasks and unstructured data
• familiarity with cloud platforms and tools that support scalable model deployment (e.g., MLOps, Docker, Git)
• sharp analytical and conceptual skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• experience working in high-performance, cross-functional teams and fast-paced project environments
• Project Management experience
• proven ability to distil complexity and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• comfortable working at the interface of business, data, and technology
• a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership from idea to implementation

Mile widziane:

• knowledge of German (B1+)
• experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI in a business setting
• exposure to agile working methods and cross-functional product teams
• understanding of SQL, data pipelines, and basic software engineering principles
• certifications or formal training in AI/ML or cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Databricks)

• collaborating with business and tech teams to translate ideas into data- and AI-driven solutions
• developing and deploying machine learning and NLP models using modern tools and methods
• preparing structured and unstructured data for analysis and modelling
• creating visual and analytical outputs that support decision-making and tell compelling data stories
• contributing to internal initiatives to improve our data infrastructure, tools, and methods
• working in cross-functional, agile teams - and keeping stakeholders informed along the way
