We’re looking for a Data Scientist with 2-3 years of experience in a high-tech company or top tier consultancy to join our global Strategy and Business Operations team and help envision our long-term growth plans.

Job Description and Requirements

Your Role in Action

  • Develop advanced predictive models and data pipelines to support key metrics that guide management decisions.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and collaborate across teams to uncover actionable insights.
  • Partner with department heads and business leaders to deliver high-impact projects powered by data science.
  • Gain deep expertise in the company’s data ecosystem and advise on optimal usage strategies.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process with data-driven recommendations.

Your Skills

  • At least BSc in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science or econometrics and 2-3 years of data science experience in a business setting
  • Proven experience applying statistical methods in real-world settings, including causal inference and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas/numpy/sklearn/statsmodels)
  • Ability to distill actionable insights from varied and incomplete data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt is a big plus

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 182 000 and 274 000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
