Job summary

Fetcherr, a company building responsible AI for pricing and demand predictions, seeks a Data Science Team Lead to drive technical leadership and people management. You will guide data scientists and data engineers to build robust, scalable pipelines powering real-time pricing decisions.

You will own architecture, oversee batch and streaming workflows, ensure data quality and observability, and recruit and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing a data team.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale data platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with data modeling experience.
• Experience with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science and data engineering efforts for pricing and revenue decisions.
• Build and scale data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
• Mentor team and drive architecture decisions.
