Job summary

Fetcherr is hiring a Data Science Team Lead to steer our data science and data engineering efforts, overseeing a team of data scientists and engineers. You will design and scale real-time pricing data infrastructure, large-scale pipelines, and ML products, while mentoring talent and aligning architecture with business goals.

You will drive architecture decisions, ensure data quality, and partner with commercial teams to deliver measurable impact from analytics and pricing models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a data engineering team.
• 4+ years in data science with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing large-scale data platforms (TB-scale).
• Proficiency with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead data scientists and data engineers to build scalable, robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain distributed data processing workflows (batch & streaming).
• Mentor team, manage sprint planning, code reviews, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align data architecture with business goals.
