Job summary

Acxiom in Poland is seeking a Data Analyst to translate data into actionable insights, build scalable analytics, and support next‑generation products for global and US operations. You will work with SQL, Python/R, and data tooling to prepare datasets, validate results, and collaborate with data scientists.

This role emphasizes hands‑on modeling, data visualization in Tableau or Excel, and delivery of reliable analyses on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with ETL, data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for product development.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and understand Acxiom products, tools, and processes.
• Assist with validation and delivery of products or improvements.
• Prepare analysis datasets by appending data, deduping, loading data to analysis applications, and merging with other datasets.
• Perform queries to identify data anomalies and conduct quality audits for model accuracy.
• Monitor model performance and adjust models as directed by team leads and senior data scientists.
• Assist with engineering, build teams, delivery and platform teams to ensure data delivery and presentation.
• Extract, load, and transform data for modeling; build and maintain data mart solutions.
