Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków seeks a software specialist to provide technical support and help customers with software usage, configuration, and integration. You will develop modules for data logging, visualization, and processing.

You will collect requirements, prepare design documentation, and perform tests to verify software work products. Hybrid work model with strong collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, electronics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of C++ (17/20/23) and Python.
• Experience with Linux, Bash, and testing.
• Familiarity with ASAM MDF is a plus.
• Good command of English and team collaboration.

Job description

Your Role

Provide technical support to customers and end users regarding software usage, configuration and integration. Assure to follow existing standards in SW development process:

• Collecting and analysing SW requirements,
• Preparing SW design documentation,
• Developing software modules for data logging, visualization, and processing.
• Preparing and performing tests to verify SW work products.

Analyze logs, diagnostic data and reported defects to ensure product quality and reliability. Continuous development of professional qualifications. Active participation in technical innovation and organisation programs. Accomplishing tasks in accordance to quality standards and schedules. Support engineering problem solution. Co-ordination and/or leading SW project activities assigned.

Your background

Knowledge C++ 17/20/23, Python, Bash, Linux Experience in commercial software developmet Master's degree in computer science, electronics, or related field Knowledge of ASAM standards, especially: ASAM MDF (Measurement Data Format) Basic understanding of communication protocols (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, LIN, etc) Good command of the English language Ability to work in a team
