Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice is seeking a Consultant in Data Protection & Privacy to help clients define requirements, design privacy operating models, and transform processes within the OneTrust platform. You will work with business, privacy, and IT teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Data Privacy, Data Protection, Risk, Compliance, or Privacy Technology.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on OneTrust administration and configuration.
• Experience with at least one OneTrust module: PIA/DPIA Automation, Data Mapping, Privacy Rights Automation, Consent Management, Cookie Compliance, Privacy Notice Management, TPRM, Risk Management, or Compliance Automation.
• Experience conducting OneTrust architecture reviews, solution assessments, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain OneTrust solutions across modules (UCPM, Consent, PIA/DPIA, Data Mapping, Privacy Rights Automation, TPRM).
• Act as technical expert during architecture reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with IT to design integrations between OneTrust and internal/external systems.
• Analyze and resolve day-to-day client challenges and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain system docs, architecture diagrams, testing docs, and SOPs.
• Monitor platform performance and identify automation/efficiency opportunities.
• Stay updated on OneTrust releases, privacy regs, and best practices.
