Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in data privacy, strong engagement skills, and English fluency. It offers hybrid work in Poland, and opportunities to work with global EY teams on privacy projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, Risk, Compliance, or Privacy Tech.
• Experience conducting OneTrust architecture reviews and platform optimization.
• Experience with troubleshooting via OneTrust Support and product teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; fluent English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Act as a OneTrust SME, supporting design, configuration and maintenance of privacy tech.
• Define business and technical requirements for data privacy solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to design integrations between OneTrust and systems.
• Develop system documentation, diagrams, testing docs, and runbooks.
• Monitor platform performance and drive process automation improvements.
• Stay current with OneTrust releases and privacy regulations.
