Qualifications

• Podstawowy wymóg: stopień z Informatyki, Inżynierii, Matematyki lub pokrewnych.
• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołu, najlepiej w data engineering/analytics/BI.
• Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne łączące technikę z biznesem.
• Praktyczna praca z data lakehouse i narzędziami BI (Snowflake, GCP).
• Znajomość zwinnych metodyk pracy i delivery w sprintach.
• Płynność w językach angielskim i polskim.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie i rozwijanie zespołu Data Engineering i BI, budowanie kultury wysokiej wydajności.
• Kierowanie roadmapą danych i strategią od discovery po delivery.
• Współpraca z interesariuszami w celu przetworzenia tematów technicznych na wartość biznesową.
• Zapewnienie jakości danych, governance i rozwoju katalogu danych oraz produktów danych.
• Zapewnienie spójnej architektury danych i integracji nowych źródeł i platform.
• Monitorowanie KPI (czas pracy platformy, jakość danych, tempo dostaw) i planowanie budżetu zasobów.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience leading a team, ideally in data engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong communicator who can connect technical topics with business needs
• Hands-on experience with data lakehouse architectures and BI tools – ideally Snowflake and cloud platforms such as GCP
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and sprint-based delivery
• Fluent in English and Polish

Zakres obowiązków:

• Lead and grow the combined Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team, building a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Own the data roadmap and strategy, setting priorities from discovery through delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical topics into business value and drive data adoption
• Drive data quality, governance, and the development of a trusted data catalog and data products
• Ensure a unified data architecture and the smooth integration of new data sources and platforms
• Track KPIs such as platform uptime, data quality, and delivery cadence, and plan team budget and resources
