Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking an experienced Data Modeler to design and implement data strategies across platforms, ensuring robust architectures that meet business needs. You will collaborate with business and application teams to align data flows with organizational goals while handling hands-on modeling and performance tuning.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, open office presence up to six times per month, and participation in enterprise data standards and best practices.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and NoSQL data platforms.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and related tools such as Erwin or Visual Paradigm.
• Practical experience with data lakes and data warehouses in multi-data-center environments.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Openness to working from the office up to six times per month.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and governing data modeling and design standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise data models.
• Identifying architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources and tools supporting automated data loads and analytics.
• Conducting hands-on modeling, design, configuration, installation, and performance tuning for data solutions.
• Working proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate challenges to mitigate delivery risks.
