Job summary

SafetyHeads seeks a data modelling and analytics specialist to translate business requirements into consistent data models across a multi-entity organization. You will analyse source data, establish standardized definitions, and support reliable reporting with a unified information view.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data architects, engineers and stakeholders, offering fully remote work with one onboarding week in Riyadh and an ASAP start.

Job description

The project focuses on data modelling and analytics for a complex, multi-entity organization. The role involves translating business requirements into consistent data models, analysing source data and establishing standardized business definitions across business units. The goal is to support reliable reporting and provide a consistent view of information across the organization.

• Design dimensional models, including fact tables, dimensions, data grain and historical changes.
• Analyse source data using SQL to identify data quality issues and modelling gaps.
• Define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules and business data definitions.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, governance teams and business stakeholders to validate models and reporting requirements.
• Remote (one week of onboarding in Riyadh)
