Job summary

PPG Poland is seeking a Data Management Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple systems. You will perform data entry, validation, and reporting under supervision, while developing knowledge of data management processes and tools.

You will collaborate with supply chain, finance, and IT teams to understand data requirements, support operational needs, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office and master data tools (i.e. Oracle, SAP).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Master Data Maintenance: Input and update master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards. Validate data entries and resolve discrepancies with guidance.
• Issue Resolution: Address data-related issues by collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate process documentation and records to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to understand data requirements and support operational needs.
• Training and Development: Engage in self-paced training and on-the-job learning to build skills in data management tools and methodologies.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
