Job summary

PPG is seeking a Data Management Analyst in Wrocław to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data. You will perform data entry, validation, and reporting while learning data management processes and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and IT, and contribute to process improvements. In-person work Monday-Thursday with Flexible Fridays remote, offering a strong foundation in data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiar with master data tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Master Data Maintenance: Input and update master data across multiple systems with accuracy and alignment to governance.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related problems.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain process docs and records for compliance and audit readiness.

Job description

As a Data Management Analyst, you will support the accuracy and integrity of master data, helping to ensure efficient business operations. Working under supervision, you will perform data entry, validation, and reporting activities while developing your knowledge of data management processes, tools, and best practices. You will maintain organized records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in data management and develop expertise in related systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Maintenance: Input and update master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards. Validate data entries and resolve discrepancies with guidance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address data-related issues by collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate process documentation and records to support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to understand data requirements and support operational needs.
  • Training and Development: Engage in self-paced training and on-the-job learning to build skills in data management tools and methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Support quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office and master data tools (i.e. Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
