We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Integration Manager to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our data integration processes and automating workflows. You will play a key role in integrating data from multiple systems and creating micro-architectures to support our data-driven initiatives.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Create micro-architectures to support specific data integration needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse and other data platforms.
  • Implement and promote Data as a Product (DaaP) principles to enable data ownership and access.
  • Build and manage data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data integration solutions.
  • Monitor data integration processes and proactively identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain data integration documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data integration technologies and trends and recommend improvements to our data integration architecture and processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or similar experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and data warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of data integration principles, data modeling techniques, and data quality best practices.
  • Experience with Data as a Product (DaaP) or data mesh concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Automic.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or other scripting languages.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
