emagine is hiring for a data governance role focused on TPRM data management and oversight. The position requires hands-on data analysis, KPI/KRI development, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure data accuracy and governance in a banking-related environment.

The role involves in-office collaboration in Krakow at least six days per month, with a hybrid work model and long-term B2B contract. Familiarity with Collibra, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in data management or related fields.
• Practical knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data governance.
• Experience with defining and maintaining metrics and stakeholder acknowledgment.
• Capability in resolving data quality issues and understanding their root causes.
• Familiarity with governance practices and third-party risk/outsourcing.
• Banking background is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support the investigation and remediation of model risk arising from third-party products and services.
• Manage key datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
• Document data flows and lineage to support traceability.
• Develop dashboards for performance insights derived from complex data.
• Define and maintain KPIs and KRIs, aligning them with business objectives.
• Prepare governance packs and track action items to support decision‑making.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements clarification.
