Job description
Overview

Do you notice when something's off in a spreadsheet? We're looking for someone who enjoys structured work, has an eye for detail, and wants to play a steady role in improving data quality across our global operations - starting in Europe. If you like solving data puzzles, spotting duplicates, and keeping things organized, you'll fit right in.

What success looks like
  • After 3 months, you're confidently handling new and updated records without needing much support
  • By month 6, you've helped cut down on duplicates and improved how our systems talk to each other
  • By the end of your first year, you're seen as the go-to person for partner data quality in Europe and the Americas (soon after APAC)
Your day to day will include

Keeping our customer master data clean, complete, and consistent. You'll be a key part of our data governance efforts - ensuring the right information gets in, stays accurate, and supports better decisions across the business.

This includes
  • Creating and updating customer records based on internal requests
  • Spotting and removing duplicate entries in our master data system
  • Assessing customer risk using a pre-set matrix and Dunn & Bradstreet lookups
  • Performing regular checks and data cleaning to keep everything up to standard
  • Following global data structure and hierarchy rules
  • Flagging issues and helping resolve them through basic data analysis
  • Collaborating closely with the Data Governance Manager and teams across Road and Air & Sea
What we hope you bring
  • A couple of years of experience with data entry, data quality, or data management
  • A steady, detail-focused approach to work - you notice the little things
  • Good Excel skills (bonus if you've worked with VBA macros)
  • Some experience with customer master data systems is a plus
  • Solid written English - you'll be handling data across all LEMAN countries
About the team

You will be part of a small team based at our Shared Service Hub in Gdańsk, currently consisting of you and one colleague, both dedicated to maintaining high standards within our business partner master data. As the team is still young, we are in the process of defining our ways of working and shaping what data governance means within LEMAN. The team is part of the wider Finance organization at the Service Hub, which currently consists of 21 colleagues.

Salary: 8000 - 13000 PLN gross (Depending on your experience)
