Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group in Poland seeks an experienced Data Engineer to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and take end-to-end ownership of deliveries from concept to production.

You will design and maintain data models and pipelines using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt and Airflow; integrate APIs; and apply CI/CD and automated testing to ensure reliability and maintainability. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Practical experience working with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and experience designing scalable and resilient data pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations and modern data architecture principles.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps ways of working.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions from concept to production.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and resilient data pipelines.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deliveries, from initial requirements through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Build and enhance data solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Integrate data from enterprise APIs and other internal and external data sources.
• Drive automation and apply modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ensure high standards of stability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Work independently, proactively identify improvements, and quickly build domain knowledge within the Recovery data area.
