Flex is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in Tczew, Poland. You will support decision-making with advanced analytics, Big Data technologies, and predictive modeling while ensuring reliable operation of business applications.

The role involves data collection, modeling, and reporting across multiple data sources, with collaboration across internal teams and vendors to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT business analyst function and database administration responsibilities.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with business applications (ERP, MES, HR, Financial Systems).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools.
• Experience with Big Data platforms and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Microsoft Data & AI, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI, or similar analytics certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business decision-making through advanced analytics, Big Data technologies, and predictive modeling.
• Ensure reliability and continuous operation of business applications.
• Develop and apply predictive models and analytics to support real-time decisions.
• Collect, integrate, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
