Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Candidates from Business or Marketing backgrounds with technical exposure are welcome.
• Solid experience with Python, CI/CD, Terraform, SQL, relational databases, and Git.
• Familiar with ETL orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Naturally curious and able to investigate data independently to find root causes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bonus: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or foundational marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Use Python, SQL, and Airflow to develop reliable data pipelines for marketing stakeholders.
• Review AI-generated work and decide when to trust or audit outputs.
• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate marketing data needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to design, optimization, and scaling of data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Investigate data questions, spot anomalies, and explain numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
