Job summary

Atos Kraków is seeking a Medior Consultant specialized in modern data analytics within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. You will bridge data engineering and business consulting, implementing Microsoft Fabric, integrating data solutions in Azure, and delivering AI-powered capabilities (including Copilot and Azure AI) to help clients make better business decisions.

The role involves designing data architectures, building ETL/ELT processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver analytics

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in Azure Data Engineering or Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design data architectures based on Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse).
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT with Azure Data Factory and Synapse notebooks (Spark/PySpark).
• Implement AI-driven solutions with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and AI automation in Fabric.
• Develop data models for advanced analytics and integrate with Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions.

We are looking for an independent and proactive specialist who is passionate about modern data analytics within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. As a Medior Consultant, you will bridge the worlds of data engineering and business consulting. Your primary responsibility will be implementing Microsoft Fabric, integrating data solutions in Microsoft Azure, and delivering AI-powered capabilities (including Copilot and Azure AI) that help our clients make better business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design modern data architectures based on the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Warehouse.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and Synapse notebooks (Spark / PySpark).
• Implement AI-driven solutions, such as integrations with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and AI-powered process automation within Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop data models for advanced analytics and integrate them with Power BI.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and translate business needs into effective IT solutions.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience Minimum 3–4 years of commercial experience in Azure Data Engineering or Business Intelligence.
• Microsoft Fabric Hands‑on experience or successful project delivery using Microsoft Fabric.
• Technical Skills Strong SQL knowledge.
• Azure Cloud Solid understanding of Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
• Languages Fluent Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (working with documentation and/or international clients).

Nice to Have

• Certifications Microsoft DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer) and/or DP-203 (Azure Data Engineer).
• AI Expertise Basic experience implementing Azure AI / Azure OpenAI services.
• Data Visualization Knowledge of Power BI and experience building advanced semantic models using DAX.
