Qualifications

We are currently looking for a Data Engineer who wishes to join our project.

You will have an opportunity to become a part of the delivery team for one of our key Customers in the Airspace Industry, dealing with Air Traffic Management, Flight planning and Air Traffic Control capacity planning.

Our Customer has embarked on the multi-year journey of IT landscape modernisation to increase efficiency of the European Air Traffic Management systems under the most critical programme in European public sector area.

Working as a part of the team you will be engaged in the delivery of cutting-edge IT systems supporting pan-European aviation and shaping the future of European Air Traffic Management.

Main mission
  • Ensure the implementation of data access, referencing, and quality.
  • Lead the implementation of the raw data ingestion pipeline (e.g., Data Lake).
  • Oversee the industrialization, supervision, and integration of solutions or data, ensuring the service commitment of the production environment.
Technical Environment:
  • Expertise in the Big Data ecosystem.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud
  • Expertise in Relational databases (Oracle, POSTGre,...)
  • Proficiency in data management.
  • Technical proficiency in the DevOps environment.
  • Advanced skills in data environments.
  • Expertise in access and exchange layers (Kafka, Nifi, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Scala, Python, Hive, Spark, etc.
  • Expertise in ETL processes and Bash scripting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
