Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a data engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures supporting business analytics.

You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts, optimize storage, ensure data quality and security, and help implement new data technologies. The role offers a hybrid work model (2 days in the Wroclaw office) with private healthcare, life insurance, and PowerYou learning platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and Python.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, YAML).
• Experience with Azure Key Vault.
• Azure Data Factory is a plus.
• Power BI knowledge beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business analytics and decision-making processes
• Implement data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across various systems and platforms
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Automate data workflows and monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively
