Job summary

Antal Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Data Discovery Engineer in Kraków to maintain and enhance enterprise data discovery platforms. You will support Arctera Data Insight and Symantec Data at Rest, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and collaborate with Storage, Windows, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes upgrades, incident analysis, automation through scripting, and on-call support, with a hybrid work model requiring six in-office days per month in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of file systems and storage technologies, NAS preferred.
• Understanding of CIFS/SMB protocols and NTFS permissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operational support for unstructured data scanning platforms.
• Plan and coordinate upgrades, patches and configuration changes with testing.
• Diagnose performance and infrastructure issues and monitor service health.
