We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager who will leverage a data-driven mindset and passion for people in a multi-faceted role.

In this role, you will bring delivery expertise and theoretical knowledge from the Data & Analytics domain, working alongside global development and technology teams passionate about their work.

This is a fully remote position offering flexibility to work from any location in Poland, including home or our offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Your responsibilities

• Establish and manage long-term client partnerships, addressing business challenges and managing engagement risks.
• Coordinate the preparation of client proposals.
• Support sales activities with technical and management expertise.
• Ensure governance of delivery management and production processes.
• Develop a strategy for continuous delivery risk management to enable proactive decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage capacity and resources for delivery, ensuring appropriate skills and seniority levels.
• Create delivery plans with estimations on timeframes, quality, and staffing.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with company processes and methodologies.

Our requirements

• Practical experience in Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with clients on business requirements for Data & Analytics technologies.
• Knowledge of software development and product lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of data engineering challenges and proficiency with data platform engineering.
• Familiarity with Data & Analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Python, data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning, data modeling).
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data visualization and data security challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• English proficiency B2+ (written and spoken).
